BELGIUM

CENTRAL HUB FOR EUROPEAN OPERATIONS. FORTRADE EUROPE.

Our Antwerp office has been developed over the years also by Peter Johnson and now run by Olivier Van der Steichel.

Day to day we have Surveyors in and around Antwerp also covering the whole of Belgium, Northern France and Holland.

In addition we work closely with our German agents.

FULL SERVICE COVER: This includes Ships agents for ships husbandry/water clerks, working with Stevedore companies, ship repair service, hold cleaning, fumigation services, Forwarding, Customs procedures plus Warehousing and Distribution.

SPECIALIST CARGOES

We are particularly experienced with shipping products in bulk such as grains, coal, soda ash and the like. 

Refrigerated vessels, containers and trailers for meat, meat products, fish.

Steel products, coils, sheets, profiles, also weather sensitive cold rolled steel coils.

Shipping large machines and engines for import and export movements.

We can advise on methods of packing and requirements for lifting points and securing points on products.

Shipping marks and port of destination with the centre of gravity must be shown on the cargo.
